The camp didn't look that bad but once she got out and saw the damage to her home..her heart just sank. Eyes scanned the flooded lands and Willowstar.. all she could do was look. The water would have to come down on its own. Blinking the white she cat made her way down a few trees and rocks trying to keep her balance. In theory she should not be out here but Willowstar had to see what was done. Sliding down a rock she landed in a puddle that was almost up to her shoulders. Making her way out of the puddle and coming out wet she gave a shake and moaned. Wonderful. Coming back onto dry land she scanned the area and stopped and froze when she saw a very thin and skinny fox passing by a few rabbit lengths ahead of her. It stopped and looked at her for a moment then looked behind it to see.. three kits following the older one. The fox was more worried about her pups then seeing her. Greatful there was no attack she did note that and honestly... just let it slide. She gave a hiss to the family that made them walk faster and soon out of sight. No one had energy to attack. Not even Willowstar. Turning around she leaped up on a fallen tree losing her footing here and there with how slippery everything was now. Getting a high view of her home it was nothing but water. Breathing heavily for a bit ears flattened against her head and wondered when this was all going back to normal.
Sliding down the tree trunk she thought it would be best to head back. Sliding down the slippery trunk the leader lost her footing and dropped to the ground with a THUD and a twisted paw. Lying there for a bit Willowstar just wanted to quit. How was her clan to hunt? What food was out there? She was a mess. This was how being leader gets to start. Getting up slowly and giving a small shake the leader limped slowly on the trail she took to come out here. Hoping no one else was out here a rustle in front of her told her someone was. Lifting her head she growled and got ready for whatever it was.
