So they'd be friends but they have a fierce rivalry, I was thinking they'd be close in age maybe even siblings. They could be apprentices or young warriors together?

Yes, that could be fun to do! I was thinking another she-cat myself and you said you wanted a tom? So, maybe the pair have always been close in age and are highly competitive, but because they have grown up together they actually are pretty close friends too. Young warriors might be good to have in WindClan since they don't have too many Warriors at the moment.
